  • How do I register?
    MobeeWash is free and is available in the App Store, Google Play Store and App Gallery. Download and complete your details by following each step.
  • Where can I download the app?
    MobeeWash will be available in the App Store, Google Play Store and App Gallery.
  • I forgot my password - How can I reset my password?
    Select the “Reset Password” button on the login screen. You will be taken through two easy steps and will be done in a matter of minutes. If you have any issues please send a mail to support@mobeewash.com .
  • I changed credit cards, where do I go to change this?
    Go to Payments in the menu and select “Add or remove Payment Method”. Follow the instructions. If you have any issues please send an email to support@mobeewash.com
  • What is a waterless car wash?
    Waterless washing has been around for years. Mostly used in car showrooms to clean the vehicles on display, the products that are now available on the market have developed significantly and offer a viable and reliable alternative to water based washing. The key ingredient in most of the best car wax products is carnauba wax which is derived from the carnauba palm in Brazil. A thick, heavy duty layer that has been perfected by nature to coat the leaves of the palm to protect it from the harsh sunlight. The wax is processed and mixed with encapsulators and other products resulting in a product that removes dirt, waxes and protects….all in a single simple application process. Training The process of applying a waterless product is not complicated but there are some rules that must be followed. That is why all MobeeWash staff, as well as our business partners, receive in-depth training in proper car wash techniques and the use of our quality products so that we are best equipped to protect your valuable assets!
  • Is it only available in certain areas?
    MobeeWash is currently live in Cape Town, South Africa. If you’re not in our initial market but would like to use MobeeWash, please email us and let us know. We are continuously expanding our service area.

  • How does a booking work?
    Our mobile teams come to you or if you are in our service areas, avoid any queue by scheduling your wash at one of our valet centres and you can come to us. Select your location, vehicle, product and time & date following which you can confirm your booking. You can also include special instructions you may require under the notes section.
  • Do I need to have any equipment?
    No, your MobeeWasher will have the tools he/she needs to clean your vehicle. They will need access to power.
  • Do I need to give easy access to my car?
    No, if you just need an Express wash without a vacuum or interior clean. Yes if you want us to clean inside your vehicle, boot or bonnet.
  • Is the payment secure?
    Yes, all payments made through our app are 100% secure. We use trusted, encrypted payment gateways to protect your personal and financial information at all times.
  • Are the tips included?
    No, tips are not included in the service price. However, if you'd like to tip your washer, you can easily do so through the app.
  • Can I pay with cash?
    Cash payments are available when making a booking using the MobeeWash app. Select “Cash” as your preferred payment method.
  • Why can I not book a wash using my Capitec Card?

  • Why am I getting a R1 charge when I load my card?
    When a customer adds a card to their account, a pre-authorization transaction needs to be processed. This pre-authorisation will reflect as a R1 charge and you may be prompted to authorise this transaction with an OTP code. This will validate the card and once validated, store the card details for future transactions. This R1.00 will be returned to your bank account after a period; i.e, your balance will increase by R1.00 when the Pre-Authorisation period falls away (period differs from bank to bank). Pre-authorisations can vastly reduce fraud, processing costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Can I book multiple vehicles at the same time?
    Yes you are able to book multiple vehicles per booking.
  • Can I book a wash for someone else not at my location?
    Yes, you are able to. Update the location in the location field on the Book a Wash screen.
  • Is the service available on public holidays?
    Yes, it is. Please check our app for availability of our teams as we are usually closed over the Easter and Christmas holidays.
  • Is it possible to cancel and/or reschedule?
    Yes you can. Follow the instructions on the Booking Status screen.
  • Can I book a wash at a garage?
    Yes you are able to book a wash at a MobeeWash Valet Centre.
  • Can I book a mobile MobeeWasher?
    Yes, you are able to book a mobile MobeeWasher and we will come to you.
  • How long does it take?
    Please check the duration of each product when booking your wash on app.
